Catrina Doxsee is an associate director and associate fellow for the Transnational Threats Project at CSIS. Jake Harrington was the intelligence fellow in the International Security Program at CSIS. Riley McCabe is a program coordinator and research assistant for the Transnational Threats Project at CSIS.
