Author Biography

Heriberto García Rivas fue un periodista, escritor y ensayista. Fue catedrático de literatura, historia y geografía en diversas escuelas preparatorias y academias de México, y un apasionado investigador de muchos aspectos históricos-culturales del país. Panorama Editorial también ha publicado su obra Cocina prehispánica mexicana.

Heriberto García Rivas was a journalist, writer, and essayist. He was a professor of literature, history, and geography at various preparatory schools and academies in Mexico, and a passionate researcher of many historical and cultural aspects of the country. Panorama Editorial has also published his work Pre-Hispanic Mexican Cuisine.
