Vive, trabaja y anda en bicicleta en Brooklyn y el Hudson Valley con sus hijos gemelos de sexto grado y su esposo escritor.
Gabrielle Balkan (she/her) is best known for nonfiction books that delight readers ages 2-12 with curious and essential facts about the United States, animal record-breakers, map navigating, and more. She lives, works, and rides bikes in Brooklyn and the Hudson Valley with her twin sixth graders and a writer husband.

Shana Gozansky es directora de teatro y su obra se ha producido desde Nueva York hasta Los Ángeles. Tiene una maestría en Dirección de los programas de Maestría en Bellas Artes de
Brown/Trinity Rep y es graduada del Bard College. Es becaria de dirección de Drama League y se centra en el desarrollo de nuevas obras. Shana es feminista, madre y humorista de las redes sociales.

Shana Gozansky is a theater director whose work has been produced from New York City to Los Angeles. She holds an MFA in directing from the Brown/Trinity Rep MFA Programs and is a graduate of Bard College. She is a Drama League directing fellow with a focus on developing new plays. Shana is a feminist, a mother, and a social media humorist.
