Coaching For The BUSY! Woman was birthed in 2013 from a conversation with a colleague and friend. She was a single mom of two school-aged children, navigating leadership in her organization and facilitating important community work. She was feeling over extended and overwhelmed. During lunch together, she stated that she was struggling to find time for herself. I had recently decided to take my transformational (life) coaching business to a new level and heard her words in a way I may not have otherwise. On my ride home, I realized that the intentional time needed to commit to a traditional coaching program was not available to my friend. In that moment, I realized that she was probably not alone. I asked myself, "What can I do to support these women?" And Coaching For The BUSY! Woman was born.

In the initial offering, it was distributed as a weekly email subscription. Several years later, for a brief time, it was offered as a downloadable journal.

Coaching For The BUSY! Woman now has a new life. I hope it allows you to create enough room for yourself in your own life. Divided into weekly installments of reflection and encouragement, CFTBW makes room for YOU!
