Author Biography

JIMMY FAULKNER'S accomplishments range from being a newspaper editor and publisher to serving as a mayor, a state senator, and twice a gubernatorial candidate to being a radio executive, the founder of Loyal American Life Insurance Company, and affiliated with the David Volkert & Associates, Inc., architectural and engineering firm since 1958. Named in his honor are Faulkner University, a private college in Montgomery, and Faulkner State Community College in Bay Minette.
