Author Biography

Catherine Ward is a children's author and elementary school teacher from the UK. She has a passion for wildlife conservation and is the author of The Emerald Forest and By the Beaver Pool. Catherine lives in Leicestershire, UK.

Phoebe Roze is an illustrator originally from the Scottish Highlands. She is inspired by the landscapes, nature and folklore of Scotland. By the Beaver Pool is her first picture book. Phoebe lives in Edinburgh, UK.
