Schaefer was the Director of Northern Medical Research Unit, Medical Services, Department of National Health Welfare, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. R.S. Tasker was the Executive Assistant and Research Associate of Perinatal and Maternal Welfare Committee of the Alberta Medical Association, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
