This collection of poems are my feelings and thoughts put on paper during a very peculiar time in my life. The poems were written in 1997-1998, 2002, and again in 2007. During that time, I realized the importance of taking care of my mental health. And how my relationships and experiences shaped who I became and who I was becoming.
