Barking Orders: More Funny Adventures of a Very Opinionated Cattle Dog: A Dog's Diary of Chaos, Squirrels, and Running the Entire Household - Paperback

by Roxy The Cattle Dog (Author)

Roxy is back.

And she is still running the house.

In this funny dog book for adults and dog lovers, Roxy the Australian Cattle Dog returns with more field reports from the front lines of family life, household chaos, and human incompetence.

Morning routines must be enforced. Delivery drivers must be investigated. Snowplows, robot vacuums, and deeply suspicious squirrels must be monitored at all times.

Roxy approaches every assignment with confidence, authority, and absolutely no self-doubt.

Her humans try to help.

They usually make things worse.

Roxy adjusts accordingly.

Inside this laugh-out-loud collection of short dog stories, you will find:

• Morning operations carried out with military precision
• Snow-day disasters and one unfortunate stair-ball injury
• Vet visits, pills, and questionable human decision-making
• An ongoing war against the Roomba
• Tactical snack acquisition and advanced begging techniques
• New humans, new dogs, and a changing household power structure
• One extremely questionable performance review
• Plenty of walks, squirrels, treats, and Cattle Dog opinions

Each quick chapter delivers sharp observations, ridiculous situations, and the unmistakable voice of a dog who knows she is the most competent member of the family.

Perfect for fans of funny dog stories, pet humour, Australian Cattle Dogs, Blue Heelers, lighthearted reads, and anyone who knows the family dog is secretly in charge.

Start anywhere. Stay for the chaos.

Because in Roxy's world, the system must be maintained.
