Author Biography

Andy Watson has been investing in real estate ever since his parents, Russ and Dori Watson, bought their first rental house in 1999. Together, they have been doing all different types of real estate investments all across the United States. They have had rental houses, buy/fix/sell (flips), lease/options, and non-performing notes/mortgages (buying the bad loans from the banks). After graduating from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Aviation, Andy became an Air Traffic Controller at Cleveland ARTCC (Center) for seven years. During that time, Andy worked alongside his parents in real estate. Today, Andy has moved to Northern Virginia near Washington D.C. and is excited to start raising his family there. Andy continues to invest in real estate and is a Keynote Speaker.
