The goal of this project is three fold: first, to determine how many SCDOT employees are enrolled in deferred compensation program compare to other agencies. Second, explore the reasons why SCDOT employees are not participating in the program. And finally, develop a plan to motivate our employees to participate more in the deferred compensation program.
