If little is known about James Huckins, then historical material about his fellow missionary, pastor, and Baylor University co-founder William Milton Tryon is nearly nonexistent. Author Biography

Eugene W. Baker was Baylor University historian from 1981 to 1995 and is the author of To Light the Ways of Time and As We Onward Go: Baylor University in the 21st Century.
