This book is a collection of poetry based on events that have happened in my life. It was carefully written to capture my own struggles with mental health issues and the trauma that accompanies them. Each piece is a testimony to the heartache of life depicted through many different lenses. Included are small life mottos I live by that help me maintain peace.
