About the author

Rabea Rogge is from Berlin, Germany, and flew onboard Fram2 on a polar orbit to space. She studied electrical engineering in Switzerland and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Arctic robotics in Norway. As an adventurer and researcher, she has explored the far north and the oceans not only on skis, ships and with robots, but has also been trained as a spaceship pilot and conducted scientific experiments during a mission in space. Beyond her expeditions, she engages with questions about what it means to be human and how we, as humanity, can grow together.
