Mark Williamson has been an independent space technology consultant and freelance writer for forty years, and a stock photographer for fifteen. He is the sole author of six books, including The Cambridge Dictionary of Space Technology (Cambridge University Press), and a contributing author to eight others. Over his career, he has published more than 500 articles and 750 book reviews in leading professional magazines, establishing himself as a trusted voice in the field of space technology and exploration.
