We are working on a second book on broad-spectrum Mental Illness and another specifically on depression\/anxiety. With schools out and folks on computers looking for free resources around entertainment, education, etc. I figured this would be a timely release... This resource is also part of my work for Santa Cruz County dealing with loneliness when we are restricted in our physical work with despondent populations.
