He is also Series Editor for the Praeger series, \u003ci\u003ePsychological Dimensions to War and Peace\u003c\/i\u003e, and the Editor of \u003ci\u003eKluwer Law International's International Peacekeeping Yearbook. From 1991 to 1993\u003c\/i\u003e he was a U.S. Delegate to the United Nations, including service with the Special Committee on Peacekeeping Operations. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003eCHRIS E. STOUT is Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology at the Northwestern University Medical School, and a Visiting Clinical Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
