Central to the book's focus is the resource mobilizing scenario (generation and allocation of revenue) of City Corporation over the past five consecutive years. He earned his PhD from Heidelberg University, Germany. During more than twenty-two years of involvement in academic and research work, he has been written several books, book chapters, and research articles. His research articles have been published in different refereed national and international journals and he has published many books as well.
