She graduated in product Design from the University of Castellón and in Illustration at the ESAT School of Arts in Valencia, Spain. She worked as a designer in several agencies, and then she founded her own studio. Josep Maria Mallarach has a degree in Geology, a master's degree in Environmental Sciences, and a doctorate in Environmental Biology. He was director of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park (1985-1991). In 2004, with Thymio Papayannis, they created the Delos Initiative, dedicated to sacred natural spaces in technologically developed countries.
