Having working in US and Internationally for more then 28 years he has implemented EVM and Project Management on 5 Continents and over $16 billion of EPCM work in Government and Commercial projects. The EVM system as developed is based on years of working in multiple companies and systems and has been done in multiple languages and skill sets.
